Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: When did you open Jerome Young Hair Studio?
A. Mike Taylor: In the year 2014, I embarked on an exciting endeavor by establishing the Jerome Young Hair Studio right at the heart of Fourth Street, nestled in the vibrant downtown area of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: What is your experience working in a barbershop or salon?
A. Mike Taylor: One aspect of working as an artist in a shop that I truly value is the strong sense of connection it fosters with people. Being an artist grants me the privilege of directly impacting an individual's self-assurance.
Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: How long have you been cutting hair?
A. Mike Taylor: 17 years of honing my craft in the hair industry.
Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: On a scale of 1-10, how do you rank your hair services?
A. Mike Taylor: I will try very hard not to be biased but most definitely that you give us a 10.
Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: If you cut a client’s hair, and he was unsatisfied with the results, what would you do?
A. Mike Taylor : If a customer is dissatisfied with their service we would opt to correct whatever the client is dissatisfied with for free or offer a full refund.
Q. Arthur Justin Aaron Morris: How would you address a client who wants a hairstyle you believe would not suit him/her?
A. Mike Taylor: I would be very honest with the customer and together we would create a plan that would look most flattering on the guest.
